You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product if the item meets the conditions below.

We accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Product not working as described

  • Missing accessories or parts

Conditions for Return

For a return to be eligible:

  • The product must be in unused condition.

  • All items must be returned with original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

  • The product should not be physically damaged or altered by the customer.

  • Change of mind is not acceptable for return, but exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Discounted or clearance items (non-refundable unless defective)


Damaged / Defective Product

If the product is damaged or not working upon arrival:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Attach clear pictures or videos showing the defect.

  3. Our team will review and approve replacement or refund depending on the case.

We will send a replacement or initiate a return if the claim is approved.
