For a return to be eligible:
The product must be in unused condition.
All items must be returned with original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
The product should not be physically damaged or altered by the customer.
Change of mind is not acceptable for return, but exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
We do not accept returns for:
Used or damaged products
Personal care items (due to hygiene reasons) unless defective
Products without original packaging
Products damaged due to misuse, water exposure, or mishandling
Discounted or clearance items (non-refundable unless defective)
If the product is damaged or not working upon arrival:
Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
